1. To use this assessment form ensure you have completed the relevant modules using the decision tools in the Native Title assessment pathway
2. Make sure to add all modules associated with the proposed dealing area to the form
3. Once you have completed the assessment you can download a copy for your records.  If you require confirmation or assistance from the Native Title Policy Team or for a conclusion to be published in QNTIME you can submit the assessment for review.
